Course Description
This in-person course is held at Brentwood Community Hospital, Crescent Drive, Shenfield, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8DR.
Modules for this in person course include:
- Identifying how to assess Mental Capacity (MCA)
- The Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
- How the two Laws work together
- Who are the Legal entities involved in the process
- Update on how Liberty Protection Safeguards Law is progressing
