Halo Programme – Wayne’s Story
I was on Universal Credit and Volunteering at a Covid Vaccination Centre, when I had an opportunity to attend a Health & Social Care Training – HALO, hosted by Southend Council. I enrolled on their five weeks course, and I haven’t looked back.
“The delivery of the course is fantastic, as are all the staff. They supported me every step of the way. They are still supporting me now!”
I personally found the course gave me the courage to put my feet firmly on the first step to a new, rewarding career. The delivery of the course is fantastic, as are all the staff. They supported me every step of the way. They are still supporting me now! Halo Southend, made a positive change to my life, which in turn, has given me the tools, to make a positive change to other people’s lives. If you are looking for a career in Health and Social Care.
