Midlife MOT
Take the Midlife MOT to check the status of your work, health and money. This is a service which is provided by the government which compiles services, tools, and charities.

Physical Health Checks
There are some amazing free resources to check your health – usually your GP will begin to advise you on the different things you should be aware of.

NHS Health Check
Find out more about the NHS Free Health Check, a programme which becomes available when you turn forty. The health check focuses on things like heart and kidney health, cholesterol levels and other bodily functions to ensure that you are not presently at risk of any diseases or conditions.
You should automatically be invited to a free NHS Health Check by your GP or council every 5 years. Find out more by reading this leaflet:
