Sixth Form Provision

In Essex, there are around 90 sixth forms that offer a variety of qualifications and courses for young people aged between 16 and 18.

Sixth Form provision usually includes A-Levels, Vocational qualifications or foundation courses and tends to focus on level 3 programmes which are the next step up from GCSE’s. Sixth Forms also offer some technical and vocational learning including T-Levels and applied general qualifications.
