This week, the NHS Essex Health & Care Academy is delighted to be delivering two days of school holiday work experience for young people aged 13-16 years from across Essex in our Education and Training Suite.
Designed to inspire the next generation of health and care professionals, these interactive sessions will give young people the opportunity to explore the wide range of careers available within the NHS and social care sector. Through hands-on activities, practical workshops and conversations with professionals, participants will gain valuable insight into what it’s really like to work in health and care.
With demand for healthcare careers continuing to grow, providing meaningful opportunities for young people to discover career pathways, build confidence and develop their understanding of the sector has never been more important.
We are excited to welcome this week’s participants and look forward to helping them take their first steps towards becoming the future workforce of health and care. 💙
