Speech and Language Therapists work with a wide range of people with communication impairments. These will be clients including children with learning disorders, people who have experienced stroke, dementia, head and neck cancer, eating, drinking and swallowing problems or deafness. During this Taster Day at City, University of London, you will have the opportunity to explore how a Speech and Language Therapist can change a person’s life by helping them to develop or regain their ability to communicate.
