The Halo Programme
If you’re living in Mid and South Essex, are unemployed and may or may not be claiming benefits, our Halo Programme is for you.
The healthcare industry is in high demand, with many different roles needed across a range of areas. Whether that’s providing admin support in an office, working with someone that has learning disabilities, or being there for someone suffering with their mental health – there are so many opportunities for a meaningful, rewarding career as a healthcare professional.
Our fully-funded programme will give you the sought-after skills that our healthcare providers are looking for, including First Aid and Mental Health training.
It’s time to gain new skills, meet new people and find the new role you’ve been looking for – all fully-funded. With diverse roles available and transferable skills taught on our programme, in just 4 to 6 weeks you could be well on your way to a new career.
There are many roles available in healthcare. They offer long-term employment prospects, job security and opportunities for progression – including the potential to go on and complete an NHS-accredited degree.
Our Halo Pre-Employment Programme is delivered in a unique way with a mixture of face to face and virtual sessions making the programme accessible for all.
Get the skills you need to work in a professional healthcare environment, receive support into employment and have a dedicated mentor for up to 3 months once you secure a role.
Register your interest with us and we aim to get you a guaranteed interview with a healthcare provider 4 weeks after starting the course.
